T Thing: Road Trip
Last week, me and some of my friends went to a road trip to 3 states. We started from Colorado to New Mexico to Arizona and back to Colorado. Our main destination was to The Grand Canyon. I was so excited because it is one of the 27 surreal places you need to see before you die. We visited 3 1/2 national parks in 3 days. Petrified Forest, The Grand Canyon, Mesa Verde (we just visited the visitor center because it was snowing), and last stop was The Great Sand Dunes in Colorado. I didn't realize that road trip can be this much fun. I definitely will do this again. I mean, I still love flying (especially a long long flight. I love it, and it's not an irony), but road trip has different kind of fun, especially when you're traveling with a group. You will feel closer to your friends because you will spend the whole trip talking to them. That's what happened to me. And the view and weather that you see.. Gee, how can I start it? From prairies to snowy mountains, from countrysides to big cities, from sunny daylight to blizzard, I loved it. I loved loved loved it. We almost slipped on the top of a mountain, that was the scariest moment I had.
I met this old car, and I just couldn't resist to take picture in front of it
Aww eee! The Grand Canyon!
The Great Sand Dunes National Park
I'm going back to Indonesia today. I'm writing this post to kill time. Aaaaand.. we still have 5 hours to go until our first flight to LA.
I hope you have a great day!
